Place the flour on a flat surface
Make a depression in the middle and add the remaining ingredients
Mix from the inside out
Knead well
Use a rolling pin to extend the dough
Cut with a round cookie cutter about 7cm in diameter
Fill each circle of dough with a cube of guava
Fold the dough and close the edges with the help of a fork
Arrange the pastries on a baking sheet
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Make about 30 pastries.
