3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup whole milk
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
250g unsalted butter or margarine
1 cup whole milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Preheat the oven
Gently grease a round cake pan with a diameter of about 22cm
Sift together flour, yeast, cinnamon, and coffee powder
Place in a large bowl
Add butter or margarine in small pieces, mixing well with your fingertips until it forms a granular consistency
Reserve 1 cup of this mixture
Mix the milk and eggs
Add everything at once to the previous mixture
Stir with a wooden spoon
Place in the prepared cake pan
Sprinkle with the reserved granulated mixture
Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour, or until inserting a toothpick into the center yields a clean result
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan
Serve warm.
