300 grams of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat the milk and whisk in the cornstarch, almonds, and eggs
Stir until thickened
Remove from heat and divide the cream into two parts
Add the chocolate chips to one part and stir until smooth
Mix in vanilla extract
In a bowl, spread half of the chocolate cream at the bottom
Moisten the brioche with coffee and place on top of the chocolate cream
Cover with vanilla cream and make a final layer with chocolate cream
Decorate with strawberries
