Strawberry Fruit Parfait

1 Follow the instructions on the pudding box and place it in a container

Freeze until set

In a blender, beat at maximum speed until a light and airy creme forms

Chill in the refrigerator

2 In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and water

Cook until a syrupy consistency is reached

Let cool

3 In a parfait dish, layer a cookie, fruit, and pudding

Repeat process until all ingredients are used

4 Freeze for at least 12 hours

To serve, remove from the freezer 20 minutes before and chill in the refrigerator.
