Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
In a medium bowl, combine the condensed milk, eggs, cocoa powder and butter
Mix well with a wooden spoon
Transfer to a 24 cm diameter baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven until firm on the edges and creamy in the center (approximately 20 minutes). Reserve
In an electric mixer, whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form (approximately 2 minutes)
Place in a small bowl
Serve the cake with whipped cream afterwards
