1 cup of sugar
½ cup of cold water
9 tablespoons of cold milk
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cans (use the condensed milk to measure) of whole milk
3 egg whites without yolks

1 can of heavy cream

Melt the sugar to caramelize it
Combine the water and heat until thickened
Remove from heat and pour into a mold
Place in the freezer until firm

Make the chocolate sauce by mixing all ingredients over low heat
Let simmer for five minutes and pour on top of caramel
Return mold to freezer and let firm

Heat the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and egg whites
Let thicken while stirring, being careful not to boil
Once cooled, mix sugar with snow-white egg whites until a firm meringue forms

Add heavy cream and fold in whipped cream
Mix and pour into mold with the two sauces

Place in the freezer overnight and remove just before serving.
