1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
1 package fettuccine

Fry the onion in butter or margarine for 2 minutes
Add the whipping cream mixed with egg yolks, lemon zest, and lemon juice
Let it simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Mix still warm with cooked and drained fettuccine
Serves 4 to 5 people.
