3/4 cup (tablespoon) of dry white wine

Season the fish fillets with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange a layer of fish fillets
Spread some butter and half of the white sauce over the top
Add some peas and prawns that have been seasoned with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
Place the remaining fish on top, pour in the wine, and finish with the rest of the white sauce
Top with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
