Wash the fish fillets
Marinate with lemon juice and brush with mustard
Season with salt and pepper
Fry the fish in olive oil, along with the smoked bacon slices
Drain the mushrooms and coat with butter or margarine
Arrange on a plate with the fish fillets, bacon, and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley
Serve with boiled potatoes.
