Combine the flour, salt, yeast, and cinnamon in a bowl
Set aside
Beta the egg and add it to the dry ingredients, mixing well
Add the melted butter and mix until combined
Gradually add the reserved dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms
Sprinkle half of the sesame seeds at the bottom of a small baking dish (26 x 18 cm) greased with butter
Pour the dough over the sesame seeds and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C), preheated, for 20 minutes
Let cool and cut into rolls
You should end up with about 15 rolls.
