Preheat the oven
Grease a 20x20x5cm baking dish
Whisk together flour, yeast, salt, and oats in a bowl
Add the egg, melted butter, dark chocolate, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth
Beat well
Add the rolled oats and chopped nuts; mix until combined
Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly touched with your finger
Let cool for a few minutes and cut into bars
Dust with icing sugar to cover all sides.
