Mix all ingredients for the orange glaze
Bake the oven at moderate temperature (170°C)
Grease a rectangular baking dish, 30x20 cm, and dust with flour
Beat the butter in a bowl until creamy
Add 1 cup of flour and mix well
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish
Bake for about 20 minutes
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, adding confectioner's sugar gradually and beating well
Mix in 1 3/4 cups chopped bittersweet chocolate, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract
Add 4 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly
Spread over the baked layer and continue baking for another 20 minutes
Let it cool slightly and remove from the baking dish
When cooled, cover with the orange glaze
Melt the remaining chocolate in a double boiler
Dip a skewer (or knife) into the melted chocolate and create designs on the glaze
Cut into bars or squares.
