Peel and boil the potatoes until they're tender
Beat the butter with the potato, salt, and pepper in a mixer
Check the seasoning, add the eggs and egg yolks, and beat for a bit more
Pass the mashed potato through a pastry bag onto an ungreased baking sheet
Put it in the oven at a hot temperature until the edges are golden brown
Let it cool for 8 to 10 minutes
Mash the cooked potatoes in a mixer, as indicated in the recipe
Fill a pastry bag halfway with mashed potato
Shape into roses on an ungreased baking sheet
Put it in the oven.
