1 kg of medium-sized sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise twice and cut 1/2 cm thick slices or so
Steam over boiling water, covered for about 10 to 15 minutes or until they're cooked but still firm
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the coriander powder for a few seconds
Add the onion and cook stirring until it's soft
Add the sweet potatoes and beets and cook carefully turning the sweet potatoes every 3 minutes
Respin with lemon juice
Serve in 8 portions.
