Grease the refrigerator with butter
Slice the sweet potatoes into rounds and place half in the dish
Season with salt and black pepper
Cover with half of the sweet potato-like potato slices
Sprinkle with more salt, black pepper, and half of the parsley
Repeat the layers with the remaining two types of sweet potatoes, season with salt and black pepper, and sprinkle with the remaining parsley
Drizzle with cream and milk
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high for about 18 minutes
Remove the plastic wrap
Microwave on high for an additional 3 minutes or until the cheese melts
Let it rest for 10 minutes inside the microwave
Serve.
