Scrub, as desired, the quantity of medium-sized sweet potatoes you wish to use. Brush them with oil. Wrap each sweet potato in aluminum foil. Adjust the grill to 10 cm from the flames. Place the sweet potatoes near the edge of the grill. Roast for 45-60 minutes or until they're tender, turning them frequently with a long-handled spatula.
