2 cups milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
salt and black pepper to taste

Cut the crust off the bread slices
Spread the patê on the bread slices and arrange them in a refrigerated, buttered dish of 31 x 19 cm
Sprinkle with cheese and onion
Mix milk with eggs and season with salt and pepper
Pour onto the surface
Bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 30 minutes, or until, when inserting a toothpick into the center, it comes out dry
Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve
