Burritos are small, folded tortillas filled with various ingredients. For this recipe, you'll need Mexican pancakes, tacos, and a few other staples. A filling for burritos: 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 1 clove of garlic minced, to taste, 1 can (250g) of tomato sauce without meat, 4 cups cooked black beans, 2 cups shredded chicken breast cooked and flaked, 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Prepare the tacos according to the previous recipe
Keep them warm
For the filling, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the same skillet where the tacos were made
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is golden brown
Add a pinch of salt
Then add the tomato sauce and bring it to a simmer
Add 1 cup of cooked black beans and mash it well with a fork
Add more olive oil and bean mixture, heating and mashing again
Continue until all the ingredients are used up
Divide the chicken into 2 portions
Place one portion in the center of each taco
Top with about 3 tablespoons of the black bean mixture
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
Fold one side of the taco over the filling, then fold the other side on top
Fold the two other ends to form a little burrito package
Make 12 burritos.
