Wash the potatoes well and cook them in boiling salted water until they are tender
Let them cool down
In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the ground beef until it's fully cooked
Season with salt, pepper, and chopped salsa
Turn off the heat
Add the ketchup and heavy cream
Using the help of a spoon, remove one-quarter of the potato's flesh, creating a cavity
Stuff it with ground beef, top it with shredded mozzarella, and place it in a preheated oven at 220°C to get golden brown
Serve immediately.
