Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until they're soft and fragrant
Blend the mixture with the white beans and soy sauce in a blender or food processor
Assemble the sandwiches by placing lettuce leaves on top of the bread, then covering with the bean mixture, and finally serving 4 to 6 sandwiches.
