Melt the butter, mix with olive oil and thyme
Add salt and pepper to taste
Grease a baking dish, alternating layers of potatoes, drizzled with the butter mixture, and salami
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes
Dust with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
