Peel the potatoes
Wait for them to dry and then bake in a hot oven for 30 to 45 minutes until they're soft
Remove from the oven and cut in half lengthwise
Scoop out the insides, leaving the skin intact
Chop the meat, garlic, onion, and parsley together finely
Add salt and mix with the mashed potato beforehand
Fill the potatoes and bake again for 5 minutes.
