2 small pineapples
4 cups of cooked chicken
1/2 cup of chopped bacon
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 cups of cooked macaroni and drained
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion

Cut the pineapples in half lengthwise
Also cut off the leaves, so each half has a little bit of foliage
Remove the pineapple pulp without damaging the skin
Drain the pineapple peels from top to bottom over paper towels
Dry inside
Cut the pineapple pulp into small cubes
Remove the hard core in the middle
Use half of the pineapple for the salad
Reserve the other half for a future meal or cake
Mix the cooked chicken, macaroni, and bacon
Mix the mayonnaise with green onion and a little lime juice
Mix with the remaining ingredients
Leave some pineapple pieces to garnish
Fill the pineapple peels with the mixture above
Garnish with pineapple and additional mayonnaise if desired.
