In a large and deep bowl, beat the eggs until they are well mixed
Add the cream and mix
Season with salt and black pepper

In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the garlic-poró and cook for five minutes or until it is soft
Add the egg mixture and cook without stirring for three minutes or until the eggs are set
Gently fold the eggs to loosen them
Serve immediately or keep warm.
