Mix in a large bowl, the milk, honey, salt, and butter or margarine
Add 1 cup of kibbeh wheat
Let it rest
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water
Add to the bowl with whole wheat flour and 1 cup of all-purpose flour
Beat for 2 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl frequently
Add enough remaining flour to obtain a manageable dough
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic
Take about 10 minutes
Shape into a round loaf and place in a greased ring mold
Gently brush with butter and sprinkle with kibbeh wheat
Let it rest for another hour
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 30 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped
Remove from the mold and let cool
