Preheat the oven to 180°C
Pour the milk, oil, eggs, salt, and sweet corn flour into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the grated Minas cheese
Grease mini muffin tin cups and fill with the cheesy mixture
Bake at 180°C until golden brown
Remove from oven and use a piping bag to drizzle a small amount of creamy caramel sauce on top of each pie
Serve immediately.
