In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with milk, season
In a large skillet, add butter and pour in the egg mixture, pushing it around with a wooden spoon to achieve a creamy scrambled egg texture
Cut the croissants in half and fill them with the scrambled eggs and thin slices of cured ham
