Heat the sausages and slice
In a pan, heat the oil, caramelize the onion, and simmer the tomato

In a pan, heat the oil, butter, and garlic
Add the potato and milk and mix well
Turn off the heat
In a greased baking dish, layer the mashed potato, sausage, and mozzarella cheese
Repeat the layers and finish with the mashed potato
