4 beef cubes with bones
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin and thyme mixed
2 diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
6 green onions, chopped
6 cups of water
Pirouette:
1/2 cup of cornstarch
4 cups of beef cooking broth (if needed, complete with water)

Cook all ingredients in a pressure cooker
When boiling, reduce heat and start counting 50 minutes
For the pirouette: mix flour and broth in a pan, stirring constantly until thickened.
