Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, add the butter, and sauté the onion until golden brown
Add the beef and cook at high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is well-cooked and loses its pink color
Add the drained peas
Mix in the mustard
Serve with tomatoes
