1 1/2 kg of beef cut into cubes

Dry the meat thoroughly with paper towels
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker
Baste the beef well on all sides until it loses its pink color, some pieces at a time
As the beef fries, remove the pieces and reserve them
Once all the beef has fried, add the bacon to the pan and fry without letting it brown
Add the onion and let it cook until it wilts
If necessary, add a little more olive oil
Add the beef, broth, beer, and cornstarch
Add parsley, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper
Close the pressure cooker and when it comes out, calculate 40 minutes
Open the pressure cooker after the press is released
Mix the flour with vinegar and add to the beef
Cook stirring a little to thicken
Place in a bowl
Arrange potatoes around and sprinkle with parsley
