In a pan, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter

In a large frying pan, heat half of the remaining butter and oil
Coat the hamburgers with cornstarch, remove excess, and fry quickly on both sides to golden brown
Add the rest of the butter and oil slowly
Assemble the sandwiches and serve
