1 fish of about 1 kg (Porgy, Cod, Namorado, Garoupa), cleaned and boneless
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 piece of fresh ginger about 3 cm, grated
2 tablespoons of green onion
1 tablespoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of water

Place the fish in a greased baking dish
Season with salt and black pepper inside and out
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the fish, letting it rest for 1 hour
Put it in a preheated moderate oven (170°C)
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
