Dredge in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides
Arrange them in a baking dish
Top each fillet with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley
Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F until the mozzarella is melted
Serve immediately.
