1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
3 to 4 tablespoons of yogurt
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt
Melt the butter or margarine with the milk
Let it cool until lukewarm, then add the yeast and let it dissolve
Make a depression in the center of the wheat flour mixture and place the liquid mixture there
Add the eggs
Mix well
Place on a floured surface, knead very well until the dough is smooth and elastic
Cover with a cloth and let it rest in a protected area for 2 hours
Then, shape into 24 circles of about 8 cm in diameter
Cover with a slightly damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes
While the dough rises, mix well all the ingredients for the stuffing
Firmly press each circle of dough to a thickness of about 1 cm, or so
Place a small amount of the ground beef mixture on top of each circle
Gently lift the edges and place in a lightly oiled baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned
Serve immediately.
