Shrimp shell the shrimp and clean them
Marinate with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Let it rest for a bit
Cook with a little water
Let it cool down
Cut 18 shrimp into bite-sized pieces and reserve the remaining ones whole
Mix the cut shrimp with cucumber and bell pepper
Moisten with mayonnaise and season to taste with salt, pepper, and English dressing, if desired
Place in shells
Decorate each shell with 3 whole shrimp
Place each one on a bed of lettuce so it doesn't slip off the plate.
