4 cod fillets

Season the cod with salt, pepper, lemon juice and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Drain the fillets and pat dry with paper towels
In a low saucepan, sauté the fillets in butter and set aside
Heat a pan over medium heat and combine lemon juice, minced garlic, curry powder, and cornstarch
Stir until the sauce thickens
Place the fillets on a large plate and pour the sauce and red bell pepper garnish over them
Garnish with orange slices.
