Soak the cod in milk in a covered bowl
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours
Arrange potato and onion in a large refrigerator dish, topping with butter
Heat in the microwave on high for 13 minutes. Reserve
Mix milk with flour and salt
Drain the cod and arrange it over the potato
Cover with the milk mixture
Heat in the microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
Check if cooked by inserting a fork into the cod; it should part easily
Serve immediately.
