1/2 kg of ground beef
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
3 hamburger buns, open-faced
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 kg of ground beef

1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Mix the ground beef with onion, salt and pepper
Spread the mixture over each hamburger bun
Mix the ketchup with Worcestershire sauce
Spoon it lightly over the beef
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley
Place in the oven until the beef reaches desired doneness
Serve hot.
