1/2 kg of black beans, washed and cooked
6 cups of water
1 cup of chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 mashed garlic clove
1/2 cup of oil
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 teaspoons of salt
pepper to taste
1 piece of well-chopped bacon
1/4 cup of vinegar

Cover the black beans with water, let it boil and simmer for 2 minutes
Cover the pot and let it rest for 1 hour
Release the chopped onion, green pepper, and garlic into the oil and cook for 5 minutes
Add to the black beans with rosemary and bacon
Let it come to a boil and cook slowly, covered in a pot, for 2 hours, adding more water if necessary
Add the vinegar
Serve with rice and garnish with egg and onion
Portion into six to eight servings.
