2 cans of green corn

Open 1 can of green corn and drain it completely
Set aside
Now open the other can, drain the liquid and set it aside too
Put the corn from this second can into a blender and blend it coarsely
If necessary, add a little of the reserved liquid in spoonfuls
Transfer to the stand mixer bowl and add the cream of milk
Season with salt and black pepper and blend at low speed
Add the yolks one by one and blend until incorporated
Set aside
Beat the whites until frothy and gently fold them into the green corn mixture
Pour into individual, buttered molds and place in a medium oven preheated to foamy and slightly golden
Serve immediately.
