Cut a double rectangle of aluminum foil to 24 x 17 inches
Place 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine in small pieces at the center
Place the onion over the butter
Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper
Cover with remaining butter in small pieces
Join the longer sides of the aluminum foil, folding it twice to close well
Also fold the other two ends twice
Adjust the grill to 4.7 inches from the coals
Place the package with the folded side down on the edge of the grill
Grill for 20 minutes
Using a long-handled skewer, flip the package and grill for another 15 minutes or until the onion is tender
To serve, open the package and stir the onion gently
A great accompaniment to burgers and general churrasco.
