1 kg of sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon of cubed butter

Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon

Dough: boil the sweet potatoes with water and salt until they're mashed
While that's happening, soak the wheat flour in cold water
Drain the sweet potatoes and pass them through a food mill while still hot
Add the butter, well-drained wheat flour, and parsley
Mix well and reserve
Filling: sauté the onion and ground meat in butter
Regulate with lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper
In a greased refrigerator, make a layer at the bottom with sweet potato dough
Spread the filling and cover with the remaining sweet potatoes
Arrange the cubed butter and bake in a medium oven until golden brown
Serve hot.
