Place the candiquinha in the water

Scoop out the candiquinha

Fry 2 cloves of garlic with the olive oil, add the pork ribs

When the candiquinha thickens and releases from the bottom of the pot, it's done

From the pan where you fried the pork ribs, remove 4 tablespoons of fat and place in another pan
Add 2 cloves of garlic, fry, and add the candiquinha
