150 g of mozzarella cheese
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
26 anchovy fillets, cut in half

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in sugar
Add salt, milk, and corn oil
Add wheat flour and knead until smooth
Divide into 12 portions
Make balls with each one and let rest to double in volume
Open the dough to fit the frying pan and grease the edges with low heat
Assembly: Place the dough in the frying pan and distribute tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, anchovy fillets, and grated Parmesan cheese
Add fresh oregano and a drizzle of olive oil
Cover the frying pan and let cook for 5 minutes.
