Mash the garlic with salt and combine with chicken breast
Let it rest for a few minutes
Mix onion, lime juice, vinegar, parsley, tomato extract, and pepper
Combine with chicken breast and dendê oil
Grate the coconut and remove excess liquid
Add 1 cup of hot water to the coconut residue and remove fine liquid
Add the fine liquid to the chicken mixture
Cook over low heat for a few minutes
Add the excess liquid and cook for a few more minutes
Serve with cooked rice in coconut milk
