In a bowl, beat the butter or margarine, then add the yolks, puffed egg whites (soaked in a little water and squeezed out) and beef, salt, pepper, and manjerona to taste
Mix very well
Beat the whites until firm and carefully join them to the beef mixture
Grease an English cake mold and dust with flour
Add the dough and bake in moderate temperature (170°C)
Bake for 1 hour and demold
Let it cool and cut into slices
If desired, serve warm with tomato sauce
