300 g of ground beef or pork loin
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 slices of smoked bacon

Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
In a baking dish, put the pork in the oven, turning it halfway through cooking, until crispy (about 10 minutes)
Remove and reserve
In a food processor, blend the meat, garlic, and bacon
Season with salt and black pepper, mix well, and divide into four portions
Place each one inside a cookie cutter mold, pressing gently to form the burgers
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over high heat
Fry the burgers, two at a time, until golden brown on both sides (about 2 minutes per side)
Prepare the sauce: in a medium pan, combine all ingredients, mix well, and cook over medium heat until the cheese melts (about 3 minutes)
Remove from heat and reserve
Prepare the salad: in a bowl, combine all ingredients
Distribute the pork among four plates, place the burgers on top
Drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with paprika, and arrange the salad around it
Serve immediately
