4 large zucchinis
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
2 tomatoes
100g defatted bacon, diced
400g ground beef
1 egg
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup white wine
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
salt and black pepper to taste

Peel the zucchinis
Cut each zucchini into 4 pieces
Remove the seeds with a sharp knife
Peel the onions and garlic and mince them finely
Wash the tomatoes and chop them
Dice the bacon
Mix half of the bacon, onions, and garlic with the ground beef
Add the egg and mix well
Check the seasoning
Fill each zucchini piece with the mixture
In a pan, combine the tomatoes, remaining bacon, onions, garlic, and butter
Cook for 5 minutes
Add the stuffed zucchini pieces to the pan
Dust with oregano
Add the white wine
Lower heat
Cover the pan and let cook for 40 minutes, not letting the sauce dry out (add water if necessary)
Mix the milk with the flour
Remove the stuffed zucchini from the pan and keep warm
Add the milk mixture to the pan
Stir well and let boil
Season to taste
