1 kg of ground beef
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Ajinomoto
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of green bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 cup of dried apricots, seedless
2/3 cup of cashews
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 can of peas
1/2 cup of red bell pepper, diced, in brine
1 orange, sliced
1 kg of ground beef

Sprinkle the beef with Ajinomoto, salt, and curry powder
Cook the onion and green bell pepper in butter until softened
Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned
Combine the beef with dried apricots, cashews, and rosemary
Drain the peas and add to the beef mixture
Simmer for 20 minutes
Add the peas and red bell pepper
Cover with orange slices and simmer slowly for 10 minutes
Serve with rice
